Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Head of Operations Engineering to lead engineering operations at our aseptic beverage manufacturing facility. This leadership role oversees plant renovations, process improvements, capital projects, and facility expansions while ensuring efficient operations and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Engineering Department and manage processes, systems, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement, process mapping, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage budgets, including CapEx, training, and consulting.
• Oversee CMMS systems and engineering drawing controls.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, EH&S, and Reliability teams.
• Lead engineering projects and schedule around production downtimes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and SQF standards.
