About the Role

We're looking for a Regional Program + Operations Lead to take charge of operational service delivery for key North American customer accounts. In this role, you'll oversee complex, large-scale service programs—ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You'll act as the operational heartbeat between customers and internal teams, translating strategy into execution and driving measurable outcomes across multiple functions.
