Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for all oversight and implementation of the intake process for Maryhurst Renewal client referrals. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and processing all incoming referrals creating client records in the Maryhurst ECR maintaining communication with referral partners and incoming clients and coordinating with Maryhurst Renewal Leadership and staff to ensure the intake and client admission process is smooth and efficient.

What youll be doing...

• Coordinate scheduling of intakes with intake therapists clients guardians and / or partnering schools and agencies
• Maintaining intake / referral spreadsheets intake scheduling calendars referral submission sources and client electronic records
• Generate client consent packets review with clients / guardian send for electronic signature and upload to clients electronic record
• Run and analyze referral reports for Renewal Leadership and Quality Improvement
