Role Overview : As a Float Pool RN, you will rotate among various departments including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Enjoy diverse experiences while expanding your clinical skills.

Your role will include leading the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care while upholding established standards and policies. You will utilize clinical decision-making, evidence-based practices, and effective communication to foster a safe environment for patients and their families.

Licenses & Certifications : RN license in the practicing state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education : Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.

Experience & Skills : A minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing, with strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
