You will be responsible for providing a great resident experience by keeping the property looking great and working well. This could include painting, routine repairs, window / floor repairs, and light electric and plumbing

Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician

• Property Maintenance – You will provide maintenance work which could include : general maintenance and cleaning, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; groundskeeping; trash disposal and more.
• Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
• What Can Be Improved? – When you visit a property for a work order, you will have an opportunity to see other items that can be improved. This helps our residents love where they live and provides a view into property maintenance that helps our property owners improve the property.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is a base pay of $25.00 / hour

We also provide all tools and supplies and weekly gas allowance
