GlobalView Data & Reporting Analyst

Position Overview :

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice.

We are seeking a GlobalView Data & Reporting Analyst to support the payroll manager of one of our end clients during their ADP GlobalView implementation for Spain and Portugal. This role will focus on analytics, data validation, reporting, and supporting the final payroll data load; not payroll processing itself, but enabling payroll experts with accurate, well-structured data and insights.

Responsibilities :

• Support the payroll manager by generating and maintaining reports, analytics, and dashboards that track progress, highlight issues, and provide insight into payroll data.
• Assist in managing data loads and validation for Spain and Portugal payroll during the ADP GlobalView implementation.
• Provide input for issue resolution by investigating discrepancies and supplying clean data to the payroll team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor data integrity across various stages of the implementation.
• Utilize GlobalView and related tools to extract and interpret payroll-related information and ensure readiness for go-live.
