THE OPPORTUNITY :
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in the automotive aftermarket industry. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, and driving sales at our counter. This role requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for automobiles.
