Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 6 years in Senior Fullstack Java development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java 8 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
- Strong hands-on experience with microservices architectures.
- Demonstrated expertise with React.js and Redux / Reducer for single-page applications.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL / SQL, and performance tuning.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with CI / CD pipeline setup and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
