• Proven experience in industrial sales, specifically engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Strong expertise in linear motion control, robotics, motors, PLCs, actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, and ball screws.
• Capability to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and unique regional opportunities.
• Skilled in developing and executing strategic business plans to maximize sales initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a focus on trust and effective communication.
• Experience in lead generation, attending trade shows, and staying updated with market segment information.
• Proficient in managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
