What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with agile, autonomous teams to build and enhance our software platform.
• Support interoperability initiatives that broaden the reach of Cohere's products and services.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the design and sprint phases.
• Oversee end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements.
• Participate actively in the technical design process, leveraging your expertise to shape data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of quality and testing by maintaining comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to ensuring that Cohere maintains high standards of healthcare security.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate their growth.
• Develop technical documentation to aid knowledge transfer across the team.
• Work cross-functionally with product, solutions architecture, and customer experience teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage sprint rituals and planning as needed, engaging in the agile development process and backlog management.
