Position Summary

The Dietary Aide IV Cook is a collaborative opportunity on our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients, families and visitors have the best possible nutritional health care experiences.

Responsibilities

• You will provide restaurant-style dining while supporting our commitment to using whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products wherever economically possible
• You will provide outstanding customer service in support of our organizational values while serving a diverse population
• You will apply your enthusiastic, food-centric attitude and will possess the ability to collaborate to provide a quality product and exceptional experience for our customers
• You will have skilled knowledge in all stations of the kitchen, handling food in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.70 - $33.02 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
