Baton Rouge Area Live-In Caregiver

Are you a compassionate and experienced caregiver looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Griswold Home Care is seeking dedicated Live-In caregivers to join our team in Baton Rouge.

As a Live-In caregiver, you’ll provide essential non-medical assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities :

• Please note :   This position is for clients who live in the greater Baton Rouge area (not Lafayette).  The caregiver will be required to commute to the client's home in the Baton Rouge area, but will stay for a week at a time during their "on" weeks.

Please also note :   This position is for a Live-In caregiver, where you will live in a client's home for 7 days at a time.

Qualifications :

Compassionate Provider : You genuinely care about the well-being of others and are committed to making a positive impact.

Professional Experience : You have at least 3 years of verified professional experience working with the elderly.

Background Check : A clean criminal background record is required.

References : Provide a minimum of 2 recent professional references (not friends or family).

Driver’s License or State ID : You must have a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.

Work Schedule :

Compensation and Benefits :

Compensation : Starts at $185 per day plus meals.

Room and board provided (private sleeping, storage space, and meals).

Weekly Pay : Enjoy consistent pay on a weekly basis.

Holiday Pay : 10 holidays paid at a rate of 1.5 times your regular wage.
