The Role You'll Play to Create Success We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Sr. Business Analyst !

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by taking an active leading role in supporting the various applications used by Frank Winston Crum Insurance. 1.

Leads projects of moderate scope and complexity or serve as a technical advisor to project teams. 2.

Demonstrates ability to develop and manage all size project plans, project schedules, team goals, success criteria, and project milestones.

Must be able to take ownership and responsibility to manage issues, risks, decisions, and the overall success of a project. 3.

Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the development teams through which requirements flow. 4.

Conducts interviews and leads requirements gathering sessions with business representatives to elicit and document business requirements for system development. 5.

Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. 6.

Communicates issues effectively to business customers and elicit feedback for applications programmers and technology solution providers. 7.

Works with Application developers / contractors to analyze and develop conceptual design of system components. 8.

Provides training and technical support to system end-users. 9.

Follows up with internal stakeholders about completed tasks to ensure client satisfaction. 10.

Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

The Attributes We Seek 1.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information systems or related field, MBA preferred.

Equivalent years’ experience may be substituted. 2.

Seven (7) years’ of experience in a Business Analyst capacity, focused in a workers’ compensation insurance business environment. 3.

Five (5) years of insurance business experience (underwriting, commercial lines underwriting, business support services, WC or GL UA, etc.) 4.

Previous experience / exposure to business analysis methodology, process improvement methodology, project and risk management and industry related tools. 5.
