The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals / specialists in selection of methods techniques and analytical approach.

The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions typically are related to schedule plans and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and has ability to influence a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.

Job Functions :

  • Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing filing etc.
  • Create productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator
  • Participates in Marketing events.
  • Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff.
  • Complies with company policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.
  • Responsible for answering phones maintaining logs daily reporting and scheduling meetings.
  • Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the center.
  • Daily working of reports in Data hub for EDAPS and HEDIS help manage employees assisting and learning the Administrators role.

Required Qualifications :

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1 years of supervisory / leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations
  • Excellent customer service organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Able to effectively communicate with leadership and staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Word Power Point and Excel
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 4 years of Supervisory experience preferred
  • Associates degree
  • Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the EMR System Athena
  • Additional Information :

    Working Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00 to 5 : 00

    This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humanas Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role you will be required to be screened for TB.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

    $58700 - $68200 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
