The Oracle Cloud Network Operations Center is looking for experienced Sr. Manager to lead our network reliability team dedicated to Circuit Ops. The Circuit Ops team at OCI is responsible for all network layers that have 3rd party connectivity, including backbone, internet, optical / DWDM, OOB, and others.

The Network Reliability team for Circuit Ops will be focused on escalation support, training, runbooks, alarming improvements, automation improvements, defect tracking, and overall network health of the network layers Circuit Ops is responsible for.

  • DWDM / Optical
  • Backbone / RSVP-TE / MPLS
  • Internet / BGP connectivity
  • Understanding of 3rd party vendors, escalations, scheduled maintenance, & repair timelines
  • ZR tunable optics experience
  • Experience working with dev / automation teams for continuous improvement
  • Ability to be the "last line of support" for Circuit Ops Tier 1 team
  • When necessary (rarely) work with engineering teams for critical problems & defect tracking

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
