Seeking an experienced physician with previous roles at a smaller hospital with low trauma.ROLE Staffing Model (3 FTEs) 2 MDs per day SCHEDULE : 2 weeks on 1 week off (mon-fri w / one on-call weekend per 3 weeks) 1 md has full schedule typically from 7 : 30a-3 : 30pm Second MD has partial schedule from 7 : 30 / 8a-close (typically a few hours; after can go home) 2 ORs open per day CALL : Providers typically cover their on-call responsibilities during the 2 weeks on so every 3rd week is off for PTO Ability to pick up extra shifts with primary or secondary locations nearbyPACKAGE Salary : $550,000 / year Benefits : Full Medical for entire family, PTO, CME, Retirement plan + Relocation
