Software QA Engineer

A company is looking for a Software QA Engineer to support their desktop software team in delivering high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and ad hoc testing efforts Perform manual testing of desktop applications across Windows and Mac environments Track, document, and communicate software defects using a defect management tool Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance Proficiency with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA or similar) Ability to work independently and manage testing deliverables with minimal guidance Hands-on experience with Windows and / or Mac operating systems Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset
