We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Maritime Recruiter to help us build high-performing marine teams for Flag vessels. Schedule : 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Salary : Negotiable, depending on experience

What You’ll Do :

• Source, screen, and recruit skilled marine professionals for a variety of vessel positions.
• Verify credentials and ensure all crew meet Flag compliance and licensing requirements.
• Manage candidate records and pipelines through our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build strong relationships with candidates, maritime academies, training institutions, and industry partners.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medicals, and travel logistics.
• Support onboarding, licensing, and certification processes for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and help forecast manpower needs.
• Stay informed on market trends, wage standards, and maritime labor regulations.
