    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President, Growth - Payer to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with health plans, developing and executing growth strategies, and driving new business through the maintenance of executive-level relationships. This role requires a focus on new partnerships, go-to-market sales, business development, and cross-selling, with a strong emphasis on the execution of population health, value-based care, and clinical quality initiatives. The VP, Growth - Payer will also be involved in contract negotiations, and partnership agreements, and will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions align with market needs. Applicants for the Vice President, Growth - Payer position at the company should have an advanced degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in consultative sales or strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. A proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the managed care and provider markets, is essential. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate senior-level stakeholder discussions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, with a strong familiarity with risk-based contracting, and will thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment. The position also requires the ability to travel and a commitment to the vision of value-based care.
