About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Support department as a Virtual Help Desk Support professional. In this full-time, hourly position, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, troubleshooting their issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a high level of communication skills in English and a strong ability to work collaboratively with team members in a virtual setting.

What You'll Do

  • Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers through email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues reported by users.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes and document solutions in the company's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure a timely and professional resolution of customer inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming support tickets and work proactively to manage workloads.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, tools, and trends in customer support to provide top-notch assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a virtual or remote customer support / help desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and common troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and collaboration tools such as Zendesk or Slack.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while engaging effectively in virtual team dynamics.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    21.80 - 33.61 USD per hour(Remote (Fishers, Indiana, US))
