Position Overview : The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The ZTL oversees a team passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising and customer service oversight.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Successfully execute established procedures for the assigned store zone.
• Ensure store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee the Door to Floor process to ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone.
• Provide daily tasks to associates and ensure productivity.
• Ensure customer service standards meet company expectations.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for merchandise processing.
• Communicate company directives and programs to store associates.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and / or duties as assigned.
