They will focus on learning safety practices, job site etiquette, and fundamental skills while observing experienced technicians. Responsibilities :

• Assist crew members by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Support basic installation tasks under direct supervision.
• Learn and follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Perform simple tasks such as loading / unloading materials and preparing work areas.
