Bartender

Job Details

The Bartender is responsible for greeting guests in the venue, taking orders, making suggestions to improve the guest experience, having a great understanding of food, beverage, and gaming options in the venue, and managing cash / financial transactions. This is achieved by maintaining a positive and inviting attitude, actively providing hospitality to all guests in the venue, and keeping a sustained knowledge on the food, beverage, and gaming offerings. In addition, the Bartender is expected to have a working knowledge of the venue Beverage Recipe Book. To meet this expectation, Bartenders should actively participate in training to understand liquors, beers, and wine, as well as other beverages offered in the venue.
