Structural Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. If you have 5 or more years of experience and a passion for designing safe, efficient, and innovative structures, we want to hear from you.

At MRA, no two days are the same. You'll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (think towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings to multi-family developments. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and clear communication.

What You'll Do :

Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood.

Lead the preparation of proposals, design concepts, and construction documents.

Tackle complex engineering challenges with smart, sustainable solutions.

Contribute your expertise to impactful structures across Florida.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (PE license is a plus).

5 or more years of hands-on structural design experience.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure and / or RISA-3D are a bonus).

Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.

A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
