Foundation Operations Coordinator
Full-time position working on-site in Pleasant Grove as part of the d?TERRA Healing Hands Foundation. This person will support foundation operations, program coordination, partner communications, and event logistics. They will help manage timelines, projects, data, relationships, and internal processes that ensure smooth delivery of global impact initiatives. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Shift : Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage project timelines, shared calendars, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate administrative processes, team meeting follow-ups, and task momentum
- Support team scheduling, cross-department communication, and documentation management
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, and organization of foundation swag, supplies, and event materials
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Program and Service Project Management :
Collect impact data, metrics, imagery, and storytelling assets from partnersOrganize systems for tracking, archiving, and reporting impact dataManage program and partnership tracking to ensure timelines, reporting, and compliance are metConduct due diligence and assist in evaluating new partnership opportunitiesCoordinate service projects from planning to completion, including logistics, communication, and on-site executionEvent and Campaign Coordination :
Plan and execute foundation events such as fundraisers, volunteer activities, internal activations, and convention involvementCoordinate logistics for conferences, field visits, partner events, and donor experiencesSupport major campaigns (e.g., Giving Tuesday, product / LTO campaigns) by aligning timelines, assets, and deliverablesServe as the point person for vendors, venues, and cross-team coordinationFundraising and International Market Engagement :
Support development of fundraising strategies and giving initiativesCollaborate with international markets to strengthen project delivery and engagementTrack and report international market successes, outcomes, and impact storiesProvide strategic support for international donor engagement and market-specific needsJob Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management (nonprofit / CSR preferred)Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with project management tools, CRM systems, Asana, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in event planning, logistics coordination, and partner relationship managementEmotionally intelligent, adaptable, and able to build trust with partners and teamsPassion for the d?TERRA Healing Hands mission and global impact initiativesdoTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
