job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConfigure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules (Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, Component Configuration). Set up compensation cycles for merit, bonus, and stock plans. Integrate Compensation with Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents (FDs), configuration workbooks, and SOPs. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT). Drive enhancements and troubleshoot configuration issues. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impact on existing setups. Conduct workshops with HR and Finance teams. Provide guidance on compensation strategy, compliance, and best practices. Create BI / OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analysis. Provide insights for budgeting and workforce planning. Deep knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation. Familiarity with related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills) :
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and production support.
- Deep knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation.
