CPU Design Engineer

A company is looking for a CPU Design Engineer - New College Grad 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Drive micro-architecture definition, feasibility studies, and documentation of CPU sub-systems

Implement in RTL and coordinate with the verification team to ensure functional design

Support hardware engineering activities including chip floor plan, power / clock distribution, and timing closure

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer engineering (or equivalent experience)

Exposure to Computer Architecture and Digital Systems design

Proficient in logic design, Verilog and / or SystemVerilog

Strengths in scripting languages such as Perl and Python
