Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Comply with State Groups standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to ISO9001 : 2015.
Summary
The State Group is seeking a Project Manager based in Evansville, Indiana. This position reports to the Division Manager.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with industrial projects up to $10 M.
- A four-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR trade experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading multi-trade construction teams.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
