Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and workflows. Functional User Testing Personally execute test cases to verify system behavior (not just coordinate with testers). Ensure all configurations and enhancements work as expected from a business-user perspective. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assist business users during UAT by explaining functionality and helping resolve issues. Track UAT feedback and support necessary changes. HCM Business Analyst – Core HR Focus on modules like employee records , organizational structure , job data , and workforce administration . Strong understanding of HR policies, workflows , and employee lifecycle management . HCM Business Analyst – Payroll Work on payroll configuration, payroll cycles, taxation, compliance, and integration with time and attendance systems. Understand payroll rules, deductions, earnings , and government regulations.
