Job Description :
One of our customers is looking to onboard HCM Business Analysts for the following two different modules :
- Oracle HCM Business Analyst - Core HR
- Oracle HCM Business Analyst - Payroll
Key Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering & DocumentationInteract with business stakeholders to collect and document functional requirements .Translate business needs into detailed system requirements and workflows.Functional User TestingPersonally execute test cases to verify system behavior (not just coordinate with testers).Ensure all configurations and enhancements work as expected from a business-user perspective.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist business users during UAT by explaining functionality and helping resolve issues.Track UAT feedback and support necessary changes.Modules Involved :
HCM Business Analyst – Core HRFocus on modules like employee records , organizational structure , job data , and workforce administration .Strong understanding of HR policies, workflows , and employee lifecycle management .HCM Business Analyst – PayrollWork on payroll configuration, payroll cycles, taxation, compliance, and integration with time and attendance systems.Understand payroll rules, deductions, earnings , and government regulations.
