Maintenance Electrician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Electrician in Denton, TX! This is a direct-hire opportunity with a leading industrial organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, hands-on industrial experience, and the ability to guide and support other maintenance team members.

Pay : $35–$40 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM | Overtime primarily during weekdays; occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities :

• Perform electrical, assembly, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Run conduit and wiring for new and existing installations
• Adjust and maintain rectifiers, compressors, ovens, and chiller units
• Work with 480V / 120V and low-voltage systems
• Install and troubleshoot motors, pumps, transformers, and controls
• Read blueprints and diagnose electrical issues using meters and PLC logic
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Coordinate with vendors and train junior maintenance technicians
• Maintain tools, records, and preventive maintenance schedules
