Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple, complex IT programs from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Define program goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of individual projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program and project success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, schedule, and costs.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management and work with them to define solutions.
- Regularly report program status, risks, and issues to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations that convey progress, challenges, and results.
- Report project status for various programs in Corp IT and other cross functional areas.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT program or technical project managementProven experience managing large, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary IT programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong background in managing both technical and non-technical teams, with experience in large-scale enterprise environments.In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise infrastructure.Familiarity with cloud platforms, IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, and Agile methodologies.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
Must be a self-starter and have an understanding of a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Being able to ask the right questions and make forward progress with the cross functional IT team(s) will be crucial for this candidate.
