Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple, complex IT programs from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Define program goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of individual projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program and project success.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.
  • Proactively manage changes in program scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management and work with them to define solutions.
  • Regularly report program status, risks, and issues to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations that convey progress, challenges, and results.
  • Report project status for various programs in Corp IT and other cross functional areas.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT program or technical project management
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary IT programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in managing both technical and non-technical teams, with experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.

    Must be a self-starter and have an understanding of a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Being able to ask the right questions and make forward progress with the cross functional IT team(s) will be crucial for this candidate.
