UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine to join Horizon Family Healthcare located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The area offers many highly rated public and private school opportunities, as well as more than 30 college and university options. - About Horizon Family Healthcare : - Horizon Family Healthcare is located at the Hermitage Outpatient Center. - Join a team one physician and two APPs care for 14-18 patients per day. - Participate in a large Family Medicine call group consisting of 18 providers. - Resources in the practice and within the outpatient center include X-ray, Diabetic Retinal exams, Orthopedic care, CRS (Rehab), and pediatrics. - Mammography, lab, and X-ray within a half a mile from the Outpatient Center.
