QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age and should possess two years experience of janitorial experience within a business environment
• Submit to a background check upon employment and every other year from the date of employment
• Must be of good moral character with references
• Must have a working knowledge of how to use janitorial products and equipment
• Must be able to demonstrate the philosophy of The Salvation Army and work well with people
• Understand that this position requires the ability to perform the following physical actions, but is not limited to : bending, stooping, stretching, lifting, climbing, the ability to get up and down off the floor, etc.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. The employee must have the ability to operate a telephone, desktop, or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
