Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems via telephone in a call center / help desk environment.
• Utilize customer service expertise and technical knowledge to resolve issues related to software and hardware products.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, customer service, or marketing staff to address recurring problems.
• Provide technical support for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
• Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status, and downtime procedures.
• Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore service and identify problems.
• Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
• Use IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow and communication platforms such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to resolve technical issues.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of IT services and solutions used by customers.
