Support Analyst (Houston)

Position : Support Analyst

Compensation : $25 - $30 / hour, depending on experience

Location : Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

• Manage escalations from the help desk efficiently
• Provide support for VM and physical machines
• Handle DNS entries and Active Directory tasks
• Set up and configure Fortinet systems
• Conduct Level 1 networking tasks
• Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes deployments
• Ensure smooth operation of V Center
• Collaborate with team members for problem-solving
