About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Business Transformation to spearhead high-impact initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and integration across its business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Chief Transformation Officer to define and execute a transformation roadmap, leading cross-functional programs, and driving commercial acceleration and manufacturing excellence. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in business transformation, particularly within the medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing sectors. The VP will be a catalyst for organizational change, ensuring the delivery of measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in business transformation, strategy, or operations, with a strong background in P&L ownership, financial modeling, and value creation planning. The role requires exceptional communication and influence skills, the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader, familiar with the dynamics of the industry, and a change agent who can effectively manage the complexities of a multi-business-unit organization. Responsibilities also include providing executive-level reporting, supporting business unit leaders in strategic decision-making, and ensuring the successful implementation of critical value creation initiatives.
