Job Summary :

Intelepeer is seeking a seasoned Project manager for its professional services team with a focus on health-tech.

Responsibilities :

Customer Advocacy & Engagement :

Act as the primary liaison for customers, deeply understanding their goals and translating them into actionable, outcome-driven project plans. Ensure customer satisfaction is central to every decision.

Outcome Ownership :

Take full ownership of project outcomes—not just tasks. Drive initiatives forward with a bias for action, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations in scope, timeline, and quality.

Autonomous Execution :

Operate with strategic independence, making informed decisions and proactively resolving roadblocks. Escalate only when necessary, demonstrating strong judgment and initiative.

Customer-Centric Planning :

Develop and manage project timelines that reflect customer priorities and business impact. Adapt plans dynamically to meet evolving needs while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to align project goals with broader company objectives. Facilitate seamless coordination across stakeholders.

Solution Design & Optimization :

Customize and optimize IntelePeer’s AI and CPaaS solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Continuously iterate based on performance metrics and feedback.

Risk & Change Management :

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes with agility and clear communication to all stakeholders.

Reporting & Communication :

Maintain clear, concise documentation and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Post-Implementation Review & Continuous Improvement :

Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement in both process and product.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven environments.

Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and lead projects autonomously.

Strong customer empathy and experience in building customer-centric solutions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. PMP or project management certification preferred. Agile certification is a plus.

Competencies :

Proficiency in SmartSheets, Jira, and other PM tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Physical Requirements :

• Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing.
• Frequent hand / eye coordination to operate office equipment.
• Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents.
• Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment.
• Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Frequent speech communication and hearing.
