Dentist (Pediatrics / Young Adults)

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine exams, restorative procedures, and hygiene checks
Provide compassionate dental care to pediatric and young adult patients
Review medical histories with patients and parents / guardians
Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts and treatment notes
Collaborate with dentists, office managers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
Assist with practice-support tasks to maintain efficient patient flow
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
General dentistry experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
Production-based compensation with high earning potential
Daily guarantee of $600-$800 depending on experience (paid whichever is higher : production or guarantee)
Full auxiliary staff support and office manager to maintain full schedules
