Your Role as an RN :
As a Registered Nurse specializing in long-term care and skilled nursing, your expertise in LTC, SNF, post-acute or respiratory care will help elevate the quality of life for our residents.
Deliver top tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.Provide critical oversight for post-acute and respiratory care programs.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care.Who We're Looking For :
A current RN license in good standing.At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term care).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.A team-first mindset and passion for working with older adults.Experience with care planning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is a plus.Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PointClickCare or similar platforms)Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience in staff development or clinical training.A background in rehabilitative / restorative care.A heart for service and a desire to mentor others.Physical & Environmental Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionallyFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftMay be exposed to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and unpleasant odors in a healthcare environmentUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) is requiredCompliance with hand hygiene, infection prevention, and safety protocolsTechnical Skills
