FleetGlue is building the FactoryOS that will allow manufacturers to scale production ready automation solutions in minutes, not months. The Role

The Head of Operations will drive strategic priorities, unlock execution bottlenecks, and scale the company across operations and go-to-market. You’ll be trusted with high-leverage work — everything from running founder-level projects to building internal processes and wrangling complex decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own company priorities. Run special projects, drive cross-functional execution, keep the trains moving and priorities aligned.
• Make things legible. Take ambiguous ideas and bring structure, rigor, and insight — whether through dashboards, memos, decks, or decisions.
• Build the operating rhythm. Own internal processes — planning, OKRs, board prep, hiring loops, sprint review, and cross-functional sync.
• Be a force multiplier. Step in wherever needed : hiring, GTM experiments, investor comms, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, finance, vendor management.
• Act as early COO-in-training. There’s a real path here. We’re looking for someone who could one day run FleetGlue’s operations at scale.
