Responsible Charge Engineer

ATCS is growing! We are looking for a Responsible Charge Engineer to join our Construction Services team in our Newport News location to oversee major transportation projects during the construction phase . The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in VA and possess a strong commitment to ensuring compliance, safety, and quality in all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the direct and personal supervision of engineering activities during construction.
• Ensure projects are constructed in strict accordance with contract documents and specifications.

Requirements :

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
