Data Entry Specialists

We're hiring a team of Data Entry Specialists to support a critical badge / access transition project across Inova hospitals. You'll be responsible for entering credentials, taking photos, and assigning new badgesall while providing excellent customer service to busy clinicians and nurses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel to designated hospital locations to support badge transition efforts.
• Accurately enter badge / access data including credentials and badge numbers.
• Take staff photos and assign new badges using provided systems.
• Maintain professionalism and patience while assisting high-volume staff groups.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
