You'll work under the guidance of experienced journeymen and project managers on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To : - Assist journeyman and project managers with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.- Pull wire, bend conduit, and help with layout and installation of electrical systems.- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction when applicable.- Travel to job sites as needed across Texas. Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.- Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.- Comfortable around job sites that may involve firearms or firearm safety protocols (training provided if needed).
