Pay rate : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday - no weekends

At The Learning Experience , were looking for a Day Care Teacher who brings warmth, creativity, and joy to the classroom every day. As an ambassador of happiness, youll help children explore, discover, and growwhile making a lasting impact on families and your community.

Our teachers use a growth mindset to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance.
  • Manage your classroom with carecreating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each childs unique needs.
  • Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each childs progress and milestones.
  • Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred .
  • Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma / GED required).
  • Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements .
