We're looking for a Structural Packaging Designer-Corrugated who's ready to turn ideas into impactful, innovative packaging solutions. In this role, you'll combine structural design expertise with creative problem-solving to develop packaging that's not only visually compelling but also durable, practical, and cost-effective. From CAD development to mock-up testing and collaboration with graphic designers, you'll be at the heart of transforming concepts into packaging that performs and inspires.

What You'll Do

• Design custom corrugated packaging and displays using ArtiosCAD , ensuring they meet customer specifications and performance goals.
• Optimize material usage, sizing, and palletization using TOPS or CAPE software.
• Create prototypes and small test runs with our Kongsberg cutting table to validate design functionality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Production to align designs with technical and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate spec sheets and manage project timelines using internal systems.
• Order, quote, and track tooling for production.
• Support lab testing and conduct on-site packaging audits at customer locations.
• Partner with Sales during customer visits to present solutions and gather design requirements.
• Continuously improve existing packaging designs with cost-effective, performance-driven enhancements.
