Responsibilities
and Qualifications :
Architect and implement a strategic vision for enterprise system architecture, including application services, IT Operations, and AI / Automation.
Drive transformation, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule commitments, governance best practices, systems integration, and data visualization.
Guarantee that the enterprise architecture is scalable, maintainable, and compliant with regulations such as SOX, with well-documented and architected business processes.
Foster continuous improvement in enterprise business services through effective communication, a tightly managed project pipeline, key performance indicators, and regular team management.
Collaborate with employees and Level 1 leaders to convert their functional requirements into scalable end-to-end solutions.
Develop business cases and statements of work that clearly articulate stakeholder needs, anticipated business outcomes, and ROI.
Offer exceptional support services for business applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Cultivate a dynamic, innovative work environment that encourages team growth and a swift execution approach.
Collaborate closely with peers across the organization to build trust and ensure clear prioritization of enhancements.
7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on enterprise system architecture.
Preferred –Computer Science Degree or related field
Required experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud.
Experience with AI, BI, and automation technologies, including Oracle Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, UIPath, and PowerAutomate.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VM Ware, and Virtual Desktop Deployment.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership.
An understanding of government compliance.
Proven track record of managing large projects with both vendor and full-time employee (FTE) resources.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
