Entry-Level Accountant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Entry-Level Accountant. While 1-2 years of experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are what we truly value. Your work will enable our clients to take well-deserved breaks, spend time with their families, and enjoy running their businesses.

You will gain experience with a variety of software platforms including Netsuite, Shopify, Quickbooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Glew.io, Amazon Seller / Vendor, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com, and more.

Work Schedule : You will be expected to work from 10 am to 6 pm EST, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently organize financial transactions to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks to facilitate seamless financial information flow.
• Manage and respond to emails, directing inquiries as needed.
• Record and track invoices, addressing overdue payments and customer / vendor concerns proactively.
• Record and track bills, ensuring timely payments and notifying management of any overdue bills.
• Run and submit payroll for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve minor issues with customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department.
• Ensure daily upkeep of financial records for smooth accounting processes.
