Job Overview

This position is responsible for standard level work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining and providing ongoing optimization and support. Duties include providing front line support to end users through analyzing and diagnosing problems and determining a solution.

Additional Information

Job Status : 40 hours per week, eligible for benefits

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the department. This role participates in a weekend and holiday on-call rotation, approximately 2-3 times per year.

• This position has potential to be fully remote if applicant is located within CHCO hiring region.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Preference will be given to those applicants who have at least two years of Epic analyst experience.

Preference will be given to those applicants with an Epic PB Claims and Remittance certification.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $88,253.00 to $132,379.50
