Job Description
Lead and review 401(k) and other ERISA plan audits in accordance with ERISA, GAAP, and relevant AICPA standardsDevelop and execute audit plans, testing procedures, and documentation for defined contribution plansManage client relationships, fieldwork, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagementsCoordinate with internal teams and wealth management partners to ensure cohesive client serviceIdentify opportunities to expand the retirement plan audit client base and participate in business development effortsServe as the internal subject matter expert on ERISA and plan audit requirementsHelp build out methodology, templates, and best practices for the ERISA audit practiceQualifications
Active CPA license5+ years of audit experience with a strong focus on 401(k) and ERISA plan auditsProven track record managing audits from planning through completionStrong understanding of ERISA, DOL rules, and GAAP as applied to benefit plan auditsComfortable interfacing with clients, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholdersBased in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro areaWhy You'll Love Working Here
