Housekeeper-Apartment Community

Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team in New Albany and Clarksville, IN at the Huntley Ridge Apartments. Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm.Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. We are offering up to $18 / hrs plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses, 2 weeks paid time off plus 9 holidays, and 20% discount on rent.Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992.
